- We do not store, view, or retain any of your uploaded documents.

- You must not use the service to process unlawful or malicious content.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DocCraft (a document utility platform engineered by Voxora Solutions), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our online document conversion and management services.
Description of Service & File Processing
DocCraft provides free online tools to convert, merge, split, compress, protect, and manage document formats (including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files).
All file processing occurs in automated, stateless processing buffers. Files uploaded to DocCraft are processed on-demand and automatically deleted immediately after processing or following a short inactivity window. We do not maintain long-term file storage or document databases.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You retain full responsibility for the documents and images you upload to DocCraft. You agree that you will not use DocCraft to process files that:
- Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Contain malicious code, viruses, trojans, or automated scripts intended to disrupt server operations.
- Contain fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful material under applicable laws.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise server infrastructure stability.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Files: DocCraft does not claim any ownership rights over the text, images, or documents you process through our system. Your intellectual property remains exclusively yours.
Platform Content: The design, code, logos, branding, and user interface of DocCraft are the exclusive property of Voxora Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
DocCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum accuracy, fidelity, and engine uptime:
- Voxora Solutions does not guarantee that file conversions will be entirely error-free or preserve 100% of non-standard font layouts in all complex edge cases.
- In no event shall Voxora Solutions be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, corrupt inputs, or temporary service interruptions. We recommend keeping backup copies of your original files.
